Nikos Isaris

Deputy Head
Nikos Isaris joined the European Commission in 2002. He is the Deputy Head of the European Commission Representation in Cyprus since September 2020.
Before that, Nikos was Acting Head of Unit for the “Internet of Things” dealing with legal and ethical aspects of IoT and Artificial Intelligence.
Before the European Commission, Nikos worked for seven years in the private banking and electronic banking sector in his home country Greece.
He holds an MBA, a Master’s in Data Communications and Networks from University College London and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of Heraklion in Crete.
