Former Tennis Athlete and coach, currently competing in Beach Tennis (#612 in the world). Peacebuilding activist, youth diplomat and Youth Ambassador for the ‘Winds of Change’ programme. Represented Cyprus in international sessions of the European Youth Parliament. In 2022 Paris was one of the UN Youth Champions for Peace and Environment and has also attended the European Year of the Youth Talks in Brussels, where he raised the importance of enforcing institutional capacities for wider social inclusion and mental health. Paris is a strong advocate when it comes to the importance of sports in peacebuilding and seeks to increase his involvement and impact on the island through the mutual involvement of Cypriot Youth in sports as a way to achieve social justice.
